I am not understanding how they can build these so call apartments in our neighbor hood and they want to charge so much for us to live in them I had did a application for a one bedroom and they found me ineligibility how can you say that you are building these apartment for people like me that is retried and get help from these programs and you your income is not what they want now when they first had it up the income they had i was in that income lane now after they build them now i am not good enough for those apartments so it look like you have to be almost rich
    to live in these apartments that they are building in our neighbor hood
