MSS. Francois' Work To
Empower Women And
Enlighten Our Community
Is No Joke

MSS. Francois is at it again.  Her MSS initialism stands for "Mult-talented and Super Sexy, and she lives up to her moniker.

The energetic CEO and talented workshop presenter, and more recently event sponsor, makes leveling up in life and business fun, hilarious, and profound at the same time.  The vivacious Francois has taken her show on the road nationally, in recent months, and also sponsored her "BEYOND BOUNDARIES: SEMINAR," in Queens Village, New York, back on October, 24th, 2024.

MSS. Francois, will also be a featured guest at the upcoming highly regarded and anticipated: Woman To Woman Summit 3.0.  The Woman To Woman Summit 3.0, will feature dynamic women speakers December 6th and 7th, 2024, and is a virtual event.  Increasingly, MSS is sought after and very busy.

However, her boundless energy and determination enables her to expand her appearance schedule and increasingly her workshop events at an almost exponential rate.  I had to eat my Wheaties to catch up with her and convince this dynamo to share her insights and reflections with me in the following exclusive interview.  Our interview continues after her short video below...

Kamau's Question:
Thank you Mss. Francois for once again taking time out of your busy schedule to share your insights on helping us move beyond our boundaries.  It is inspiring to see your efforts expanding all over the country and here too in Southeast Queens.

Mss. Francois, you're known as an influencer who empowers women in a humorous way.  What made you choose this path and where do you draw your sense of humor?

MSS. Francois Answer:
I believe the path chose me. During my relationship struggles, I longed for someone to offer support and guidance, but there weren’t many things that could ease the pain of brokenness. However, I found that a smile or a laugh could make heartache feel lighter.

In a way, I healed myself, and now I want to help other women find their own path to healing—but with a twist.

I draw my sense of humor from life experiences, saying things in a way that’s a little different from most, always finding the funny side. And, of course, being from Trinidad - adds that extra bit of flavor!

Kamau: What motivated you to pivot slightly toward doing your own BEYOND BOUNDARIES: SEMINAR?

MSS. Francois: I wouldn’t call it pivoting, but it’s the same niche—expanded beyond just relationships to other areas of life. In my own life I have become stuck and not sure what my next move should be and there are times that you get so frustrated and you want to give up.

With that I believe the world would be missing out, so I wanted to put something together that provides hope, revives belief and gives direction to keep moving forward in life.

Kamau: How would you describe the goal of your BEYOND BOUNDARIES: SEMINAR?

MSS. Francois: Beyond Boundaries is about pursuing what you want in life, even when setbacks leave you feeling stuck. This seminar will equip you with tools and meaningful human interactions to help you move forward into your next chapter.

Kamau: How is your seminar unique from other self development types of seminars that already exist?

MSS. Francois: What sets us apart is our purposeful networking. Everything you need is already in the room. At most networking events, you’re left to navigate on your own, with little guidance—leaving many people feeling too intimidated to introduce themselves. And when they do, it often turns into a series of sales pitches.

We’ve designed fun, interactive ways to spark conversations, making the experience stress-free. By the end, you’ll leave with meaningful contacts to help you move closer to your goals, while also using your expertise to support others. We believe in creating a win-win world.

Kamau: What type of person would most benefit from your seminar?

MSS. Francois: Goal-focused and purpose-driven individuals who are ready to take things to the next level—those willing to take risks and push boundaries. I believe people shouldn’t just think outside the box; they shouldn’t have a box at all. Let’s not limit ourselves.

Kamau: Who are some of the presenters for the BEYOND BOUNDARIES: SEMINAR and what type of insights will some of them share?

MSS. Francois: We have people from diverse backgrounds—different nationalities, cultures, and life stages, including singles, married individuals, and those with families. Our speakers and panelists come from various fields such as law, real estate, entrepreneurship, education, and more. I intentionally curated a diverse lineup so that everyone in the audience can see a reflection of themselves on stage and know that success is possible, no matter where they are in life.

Kamau: How can our viewers keep abreast of your upcoming events and productions or contact you for more information?

MSS. Francois: They can visit my website for upcoming events at mssfrancois.com as well as my social media profiles.

While there are brilliant persons on the Autism Spectrum celebrated today, very little media stories focus on people, especially women of color. Our co-publisher's new bio-pic "nZinga's Spectrum In 3D," is a moving and inspirational documentary on how a young Black woman RISES to overcome her challenges.

nZinga Austin is also the Co-publisher of Our Black News Scoop and Southeast Queens Scoop.  The documentary of about 1/2 hr long is getting rave reviews.
