Cheryl Caddle is a staunch advocate who is committed to working on behalf of her community.

Integrating a passion for education with solid business expertise in leadership, Ms. Caddle successfully launched a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in 2009. Through her tenacity, empowerment, accountability and achievement, her goal was to provide out-of-school services to elementary students, and as Executive Director of Community Youth Care Services, Ms. Caddle is responsible for the overall operations, regulatory compliance and policy development of the organization, as well as reporting to the board of directors.

Over the past 10 years, the services offered have evolved to include elementary students’ exposure to the aviation industry, and middle and high school students’ access to community service learning and work readiness coaching.

Article On Woman Of Distinction Cheryl Caddle Continues Below...
Prior to serving in her current role, Ms. Caddle spent 20 years in the credit card industry. She worked marketing personal and business credit cards for major organizations like Citibank and MasterCard International. Her professional expertise spanned to market research, product development, solicitation, portfolio management, new business development and international consulting.

A steadfast and caring member of her community, she is on numerous boards. She is a member of Queensborough Community College Advisory Board and Hillcrest High School CTE Advisory Board. She is Treasurer of the Cambria Heights Friends of the Library.

Throughout the years, Ms. Caddle has received numerous awards and honors. She was recognized by Black Achievers in Industry and received several service excellence awards throughout her marketing career.

Ms. Caddle has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, a Nonprofits Leadership Certification, and has been licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, Division of Child Care Services, since 2011.
