The Saturday, December 18th Event will run all day, breaking for the fashion show at 3pm.  Several filmmakers will also be in attendance including Alvaro Franco, "After The Equinox", as an encore screening from the Pop-Up Shop and Film Festival on November 27th.  This short is a very clever story about adult peer pressure and it was shot locally.

Angela Perkins, producer of "Swipe Left", another clever project, explores the dating scene from a man's point of view.  Ray Loot, producer of several Series, such as Foster Sin, Roommates and In Vein, is attending for a screening of an episode of "2Wrongz".

Loot will also be presented with his Trophy from the October Film Festival for the Vampire short, "In Vein". A scene from the Series was also filmed at King Manor Museum, an historic Mansion built in the 1700's and was once home to the Rufus King Family.  Rufus King was an active politician and community advocate, said to be responsible for fighting slavery throughoout the country and especially here, locally in Queens, NY.

The Queens Underground Film Festival then returns for one day at the end of February with the world's only Red Carpet Black History Month Film Festival to be held in Queens, NY and the Festival will continue on for several more days in mid-April.  The Free Film Festival is the Sponsors' gift  to close out the year and offer audiences an opportunity to "Share Our Stories" while supporting Independent FIlmmakers, Artists and Entrepreneurs.
