With the current global events, it is crucial that individuals and businesses adopt alternative and innovative ways to provide services, reach their clients, spread their messages, learn and earn income. For this reason, licensed social worker and entrepreneur Jessyca Marshall has launched the Microloc Mastery Online Training and Certification program, an innovative online hair school that teaches individuals how to learn her method of creating "Microlocs" - which has been used for over a decade to master the technique of providing small interwoven locs.

This standardized technique is taught in a web-based platform that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide. All supplies are provided, including a tool that she created and produced herself, and is shipped out right to the doorstep of enrollees.

Students can connect directly to instruction in the online modules, as well as in live training support. They also get a direct connection to instructional and business assistance in individualized live video and phone support.

NEW BOOK ENCOURAGES WOMEN OF COLOR TO PURSUE CAREERS IN TECHNOLOGY

New York, NY -- In her new book, Women of Color in Tech: A Blueprint for Inspiring and Mentoring the Next Generation of Technology Innovators, award-winning tech professional, Susanne Tedrick encourages women of color to pursue careers in technology and provides a roadmap to break through barriers and build a rewarding and successful career in tech.

For too long, women of color have been underrepresented in tech and many have not had the access to strong support networks or resources to build successful careers in the tech industry. With several years in the technology industry, Tedrick understands the many challenges that young women of color face and has written Women of Color in Tech in hopes of inspiring the next generation of women to explore careers in tech and provides a road-map to navigating the industry and building a rewarding future.

Tedrick says, "I wrote this book for women of color who may have the spark and curiosity in pursuing a path in tech, but perhaps, may need some guidance and clarity on what a tech career could look like beyond the ones we traditionally associate with the industry. I also wanted to provide actionable and practical steps that they can take now to build their careers, even if that path changes in the future.
