UNIQUE HEARING AIDS MATCH THE SKIN TONES OF BLACK PEOPLE -- MAKING THEM LESS NOTICEABLE!

Nationwide Hearing industry analysts claim that there are 34 million Americans who need hearing aids but don't wear them. Why not?

One of the biggest reasons is stigma. There is a wide-spread perception that if you wear hearing aids you are old, infirm and senile.

For African Americans the impact is enormous. Why?

Because the shiny white transmission tubes of modern hearing aids create the greatest visual contrast for people with darker skin. The most practical way to minimize that blatant display of color contrast is with a product called VANISH(TM).

WOMEN PHYSICIANS OF COLOR REDEFINE SUCCESS TO FIND RESILIENCE, COMMUNITY & LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION

Nationwide -- Women of color in leadership roles sometimes face a very unique challenge because often, they have inherited their definition of success from a variety of sources. They can achieve great things, and sometimes realize that success is not what they expected, they've not achieved what they truly want out of life, or still feel unfulfilled despite their achievements.

They often have very few, if any, role models who can serve as mentors to help them navigate the pathway to true fulfillment. The same is true for many women physicians of color.

Elan Women Enterprise (EWE) was founded by Yashika Dooley, MD, an Ob-gyn and urogynecologist, and Marsha Caton, PhD, a biomedical and clinical research scientist, with the vision of providing a platform through which women of color are empowered to be well, and thereby own their success, and fulfill their purpose.

SOCIAL JUSTICE ACTIVIST AND VETERAN RADIO HOST MARK THOMPSON LAUNCHES NEW DAILY SHOW AND PODCAST WITH DNR STUDIOS AND DCP ENTERTAINMENT

New York, NY -- Social justice activist and former SiriusXM Radio host, Rev. Mark Thompson, today launched his new daily show and podcast, Make It Plain, in partnership with DNR Studios and DCP Entertainment. Rev. Thompson, who has spent nearly three decades on radio and as a TV commentator, says his new partnership with DNR and DCP is his own "declaration of independence."

"I was a free-agent and my friends at DNR and DCP called me and said to come on over to be free to do the show I need to do," says Rev. Thompson. He adds, "As election 2020 approaches, I want to make sure MIP remains the resource for listeners and voters it has always been."

Most of the 2020 Democratic candidates for President have already appeared on MIP to get their message out to Americans, including a new interview with Mayor Pete Buttigieg where he discusses the police shooting investigation in his city of South Bend, Indiana; his Frederick Douglass and Walker-Lewis Plans; being called the 'gay Obama'; and how "Black women are bearing the burden of the inequities in our justice system."
