23-YEAR OLD FORMER MODEL TURNED FASHION DESIGNER GETTING NATIONAL ATTENTION FOR HIS EDGY DESIGNS 

Naples, FL --  Peter Jean-Marie, the trendy twenty-something behind the clothing brand of the same name, manifests his laid-back dress casual persona in his collection of comfortable yet tailored clothing that has a great price point.

At 16, Jean-Marie began his career in fashion as a model in Naples/Miami. He also attended Miami International University of Art & Design Fine for three years. It was there when he heard about a chocolate-driven fashion competition and won national recognition for his Ferrero Rocher adorned women's gown at the Miami International Mall.

His new line is designed for men and women in his mixed variety of colors. His millennial generation peers have skyrocketed his Instagram and Twitter with a combined 34,000 followers. Peter has been featured on the June edition of Ebella Magazine, Voyage Miami Magazine, and described as a "Millennial Mogul in the Making" by Jodi Pree of Coastal Breeze News.

The fearless St. John Neumann grad also took what might be considered a bold step recently by auditioning for ABC's Shark Tank reality show, in which budding entrepreneurs compete for investments from a panel of self-made business titans.

"Marie wasn't successful in landing a spot on the show, but he did make it to the second round of tryouts, along with receiving the sort of response from Shark Tank officials that further validated his career choice." (Don Manley, Coastal Breeze News)

This self-proclaimed influencers designs are versatile and go from day to night with ease.

"Every design starts off with a pencil sketch, creating samples and then a pattern is made to craft the real thing," explained Peter. "I describe my style as dress-up and casual."

Calvin Klein, Sean John and Hugo Boss are designers is who inspires his trendy looks. However, his favorite celebrity for his business mindset and how to brand himself is Sean Combs. And, his top iTunes go-to is Frank Sinatra.

Peter Jean-Marie started his successful fall line last year of October 4th which included hand designed ties for men. He has collaborated/hosted his pop-up shops with over 15 Florida malls including the Coastland Center Mall in Naples.

Shortly after graduating from design school Peter worked at Saks Fifth Avenue for 3 months and was told by his manager, "You can't quit because you are not a designer and nor will you ever be one."

Sometimes you meet someone, and you just want to believe in their dreams, believe in their vision for their lives; and you want to cheer them on. Peter Jean Marie is one such individual.
