This year's special guest is Aevin Dugas, Guinness World Record Holder of the World's Largest Afro (Female). Aevin will be there to display her afro and take pictures with the attendees. Performers at previous Expos include actress/comedienne Kim Coles, comedian Michael Colyar, violinist Daniel D., R&B artist Noel Gourdin and L.Young.
In addition to more than 30 booths and exhibits covering natural hair and health, the expo provides workshops for attendees, which include information on women in the military wearing their natural hair according to the military regulations, natural hair care, and hair braiding and many others.

So Natural Catering will be the main caterer at this event. So Natural Catering was renovated by Food Network's Restaurant Impossible. They prepare catering meals from scratch to include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto and heart healthy. They also offer event venue rental, cooking classes, a juice detox program and meal prep.
