Mount Vernon, NY -- American Legacy Network Corp. (ALN), the subscription video on demand (SVOD) streaming service showcasing African American history and culture-themed programming and original content for the whole family, recently announced the launch of its Title III Regulation Crowdfunding online public offering (OPO) via Start Engine Capital. "To our knowledge, there is currently no network on television today that is totally dedicated to celebrating African-American history and culture on a consistent basis," said Rodney J Reynolds, Founder of American Legacy Network. "American Legacy Network will fill the void with content designed to inspire, empower and educate the black community, especially our youth in America. ALN will be a network that the entire family can enjoy."
American Legacy Network launched a web/mobile version of the network in August of this year and has plans to release a mobile app later this year. The company is actively seeking additional distribution partnerships for its direct to consumer OTT platform.
