Project Hope – The New Direction is hiring! They are specifically interested in hiring a Senior Pathway Coach.
Vacancy Position: Senior Pathway Coach (SPC) (Case manager)
Duties: To facilitate recreational activities & Youth Leadership training (Coping skills, Behavioral & Job readiness skills); conduct intake, counseling and case management; assist students with home-work; conduct student outreach and data collection; facilitate job placement & employer engagement; maintain relations with school and build partnerships with other organizations to enhance youth outcomes

Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour – 15 hours per week
Schedule: Mon-Fri -3pm – 6pm- Sept- June
Location: Campus Magnet H.S. (Benjamin Franklin H.S for Finance & IT) , Martin Van Buren H.S. and Queens Village Library in Queens
Experience: Must have 3 years case manager and youth development experience and working with at risk populations in urban settings.
Required Education: Must have at least a Bachelor degree
Preferred education: MSW or Masters degree or Licensed NYC DOE Teacher
