Jamaica Arts & Music Summer (JAMS) Festival is a two day celebration that highlights the multicultural fabric of the Borough of Queens and provides a vehicle for tourism and economic development for downtown Jamaica and the surrounding areas.

The festivities kick off with the evening concert, JAMS under the Stars which pays homage to the musical icons of Jazz, R&B, Rock and Funk in the beautiful green Rufus King Park on August 3th, 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

The main event is a day of multi-cultural and educational family fun, shopping, community resources & entertainment. Located on (10) blocks of Jamaica Ave; closed to vehicular traffic, Parsons Blvd. to 170th streets, to host one of the largest tourist destinations in Queens on August 4th, 11:00am – 7:00pm
