Please bring these necessary documents for your appointment:

- Valid Photo ID

- Social Security Cards of all individuals on tax return

- W2 for all jobs worked

- 2016 income tax return (if available)

- 1099-INT for any bank interest you earned

- State from mortgage company (if applicable)

- 1095-A for ACA medical coverage information

- Your spouse (if filing jointly)
