Nationwide Terrance Amen, founder and CEO of 3UFirst, is making a call to Black leaders to come together to finally solve the major problems in the Black community.

For the past 50 years, leaders working individually have not solved the major problems of discrimination in, getting jobs, housing, banking, business and investment opportunities, entertainment, and other areas. This includes church leaders, the Nation of Islam, NAACP, Black media, and others. So, what’s the solution to still having to rely on people outside our community for our livelihood?

"3UFirst is the solution," says Amen. 3UFirst was created specifically to solve the major problems in the Black community by becoming the financial base for funding our organizations, businesses, sponsoring major events, and building wealth in our community, by investing in creating our own institutions, while supporting our elder leaders who’ve had some success, but haven’t yet completed the things they want to accomplish.

Amen comments, "To reach our full potential as a community, we must start working together. By not working together, we continue to dilute our power and resources without solving the problems. Amen says that by getting major leaders to work together in support of 3UFirst, we can finally begin to bring billions back to our community. Our leaders must finally realize that we can achieve more by working together than by working apart."

He continues, "I challenge our leaders to leave their egos at home and stand together in order to solve the major problems they’ve been fighting the past fifty years, with little success."

"Our leaders have been telling us for decades to unite and work together, yet they haven’t done the very thing they’ve been telling us to do. We’ve accomplished a lot in this country by working together, but for some reason, we forgot how to do this. It’s time we remember again, for the sake of our children and future generations," he adds.
