The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) has opened its online application for this year’s iteration of Work, Learn, Grow (WLG), the Council’s year-round youth employment initiative.
– Be 2017 participants in the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP);
– Be between the ages of 16 and 21; and
– Currently be enrolled in school
WLG participants will spend up to 25 weeks in entry-level jobs across a variety of industries, ranging from government and law to entertainment and retail. All applications must be submitted no later than Friday, October 13, 2017.
