Houston, TX (BlackNews.com) -- The Black Heritage Festival is the ultimate family friendly festival that commemorates the many contributions and influences African Americans and the African Diaspora have made in society. The book is helping people embrace their go moment; to step out in faith and not allow temporary failure to become permanent defeat.
Velma arrived from very humble beginnings, but always knew her destiny would be to help others to bring their dreams into reality, to walk in their gifts and callings. Velma states: “There are many problems in the world in which need solutions to, the only way to solve these problems is by rising up and motivating people to become entrepreneurs. Now is the greatest time in the US to own your own business.”

Velma is passionate, God-fearing and says she operates her business with Jesus Christ as the CEO of her enterprises.
