Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp. (FBCDC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to revitalize Farmers Boulevard into an inspiring, convenient and vibrantly utilized main street serving the residents and visitors of southeast Queens, New York. It has opened the Seed Capital Cafe, on Farmers Boulevard, in St. Albans, to house economic development programs for emerging entrepreneurs in Southeast Queens.
FBCDC will be sponsoring and showcasing programs this Saturday to empower persons in the community with better health, college education, business and real estate finance information. It also will feature a new visionary video platform offering great opportunities for entrepreneurs in film industry. Checkout the programs below.

Fruits, grains, vegetables and protein -- each food group plays a role in sustaining our health. So what happens if our bodies are deprived of any one of these food groups or overloaded with another one?
What happens when one of the food groups is stewed, fried, or smothered in gravy? Does it make a difference what time of day I eat or how much I eat before bedtime? The answers to these seemingly insignificant questions can make a world of difference for your health.

Qualifying for a Mortgage or Small Business Loan

Don't be intimidated ... Access to a mortgage loan or business loan is based on three core criteria:
(1) tax returns
(2) bank statements, and
(3) debt-to-income (DTI) ratios or debt coverage ratios (DCR)
